If your current account status is Trial, you will need to submit verification documents to register your bank account for withdrawals.
Please submit documents for verification (identification and proof of current address) on the “Settings” page of the menu.
How long does it take for funds to be arrived in my bank account after I request a withdrawal?
The estimated time from withdrawal request to receipt of funds is usually about 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Withdrawal requests are processed by bitwallet on the next business day.
The time it takes to receive payment depends on the registered bank account.
In addition, if you have a credit card transaction (or Chocom e-money) within one month of the withdrawal request date, please allow appropriate time for the funds to be transferred to your designated bank account. In this case, our staff will contact you.
The funds have not arrived in designated bank account on the expected date of receipt.
Payment arrival times vary depending on the bank. Please note that it is difficult to provide an exact arrival time of funds.

The name of the remittance source is “bitwallet Pte Ltd”.

bitwallet handles four currencies: “Japanese Yen”, “US Dollar”, “Euro”, and “Australian Dollar”, and accepts withdrawals denominated in “Japanese Yen”, “US Dollar”, “Euro”, and “Australian Dollar” for domestic money transfer. Withdrawals can be made to domestic banks such as megabanks, regional banks, Shinkin banks, and online banks. Is it possible for non-registered users to make withdrawals?
