If an error message appears after entering your Secure ID when requesting a withdrawal or changing your security information, please make sure that you did not enter an incorrect ID and there are no spaces. What are your security measures?

bitwallet is committed to implementing industry-leading security measures to protect your assets from hacking.

To prevent unauthorized use of your account by third parties, entering an incorrect password more than a certain number of times will activate the account lock.
In addition to passwords, we have also introduced 2-Factor Authentication, which prevents unauthorized use of your account even if a third party obtains your password, as they would not be able to know your passcode without a terminal.
