After logging in to bitwallet, you can check your registered email address in the “Account” section of the “Settings” menu.

How do I change my registered email address?
You can change your by yourself in the Login information under “Security” section of the “Settings” menu.
Please see the following link for instructions.
I cannot register an email address with the message “Incorrect format”.
Please make sure that there are no spaces or double-byte characters in the middle of your email address.
I cannot receive SMS messages.
Please change your phone number to one that can receive SMS. You can change your phone number from “Account” in “Settings” in the menu. If you are unable to change your phone number, please contact our support desk.
What should I do if I forgot my login password?
Please click on “Forgot Password” on the login screen and click on Reset Password to set it up again. If resetting your login password does not work, please contact our support desk.
