Deposit is not reflected
Deposit is reflected in 15 minutes at the earliest during bank opening hours, but if the name of the remittance source does not match the name specified by us, the deposit will be held for processing.
If the name of the remittance source is incorrect, please fill out and attach the necessary information to reflect the deposit using the Reflection of bank deposit request form. We will process your payment upon confirmation.

What should I enter as the remitter name for bank deposits?
When making a transfer, please enter your name and the Account identification number assigned to you in the remittance source name field.

Can a person other than the registered user make a deposit?
Deposits cannot be made by anyone other than the the registered user. Please note that if there is a discrepancy between the name of the bank account from which the money is transfered and the name registered with bitwallet, the deposit cannot be made. If you have already made a deposit, please contact our support desk.

Personal (individual) accounts can only be credited with a bank account in the name of the individual, and business (corporate) accounts can only be credited with a bank account in the name of the corporate.
I entered incorrect information when making a bank deposit.
Where can I find the remitter name and Account identification number for bank deposits?
From “Deposit” in the menu after logging in, select “Bank Account” then “Show allocated account information”. By clicking “Send account information to my e-mail”, an email will be sent to your registered email address with the allocated bank account information including the remitter name and account identification number.
I forgot to enter my Account identification number when making a bank deposit.

The customer is responsible for any bank transfer fees, etc. incurred by the bank.
Is there a limit to the amount of money I can deposit into my account?
There is no limit to the amount of money that can be deposited by bank transfer.
For large deposits, we recommend to check with your bank in advance.
I have made a bank deposit. Can I cancel it?
After the transfer procedure is completed, the transfer cannot be cancelled. If you do not wish to use bitwallet, you can withdraw the funds after they are reflected in your wallet.
In addition, there is no limit to the amount of money that can be deposited or the number of times it can be deposited when depositing via domestic remittance.
Is there a limit to the amount I can deposit by credit card?
The credit/debit card deposit limit is US$5,000 (equivalent) per card. The limit will be reset on the first day of each month.
Is there a limit to the number of credit cards I can register?
The number of credit/debit cards you can register depends on your account status.
Up to 5 cards can be registered for Basic and up to 10 cards for Pro.
Where can I register prepaid cards and bundle cards?
As with credit card registration, you can register from the menu “Deposit” -> “Card Deposit” -> “Register New Card”.
Where can I edit or delete my registered cards?
You can edit or delete a card from the “Remove or Edit ” after selecting the card in the “Card List” on the “Deposit” page of the menu.

Can I make a credit card deposit at any time?
Credit/debit card deposits are immediately reflected in your wallet in real-time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once a deposit has been made, it cannot be cancelled. If your deposit is not immediately reflected in your wallet, please contact our support desk.

Which credit card brands can I use?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, and Discover Card for deposits. Please note that we do not accept withdrawals by credit/debit card. Please use bank wire transfer for withdrawals.
Can I register a card in the name of cardholder other than the registered user?
The name on the card must be the same as your own name and the name registered with bitwallet. We do not accept cards in the name of third parties, including family members. Please note that if there is any discrepancy between the personal information on the credit/debit card and the registered information, the account may be locked for security reasons.
How long does it take for overseas remittances to be reflected in my account?
In the case of an overseas transfer deposit, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be reflected in your wallet after the transfer is processed. However, the time it takes for the funds to be reflected in your wallet may take longer than 5 business days, as it depends on your bank’s processing status.
Please note that customers are responsible for bank transfer fees, relay bank charges, etc. when depositing via overseas transfer. There are no restrictions on the amount or number of times you can make a deposit via international money transfer.
