Deposit is not reflected
You are required to submit a deposit request before making a bank transfer.
Please make sure to review the bank account details, as they may differ for each request.
If you make a transfer without submitting a request in advance, or if the transfer details differ from your request, the deposit will be placed on hold and will not be reflected in your account.
If your completed transfer has not been reflected, please submit the required information and attachments through the Bank Deposit Reflection Request Form. We will process the deposit after confirming the details.

Can a person other than the registered user make a deposit?
Deposits cannot be made by anyone other than the the registered user. Please note that if there is a discrepancy between the name of the bank account from which the money is transfered and the name registered with bitwallet, the deposit cannot be made. If you have already made a deposit, please contact our support desk.

Personal (individual) accounts can only be credited with a bank account in the name of the individual, and business (corporate) accounts can only be credited with a bank account in the name of the corporate.
The bank deposit details do not match the information in my request.
Deposits that do not match the details in your request will be placed on hold.

Is there a limit to the amount of money I can deposit into my account?
There is no limit to the amount of money that can be deposited by bank transfer.
For large deposits, we recommend to check with your bank in advance.
