During the Japan silver week holiday period, we will operate as usual but some services will not be available.

Please see the following table for the handling of individual services.

*1. Payments made outside the reception hours of financial institutions (including weekends and holidays) will be reflected in the account on the next business day. If customer support assistance is required, we will respond in order on our business days.
*2. Withdrawal requests will be accepted even on holidays. The standard deposit for domestic banks is 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the withdrawal request.
It may be handled on the next business day depending on the status of the transfer destination financial institution or the payee account.
*3. Operation support and approval of various procedures will be handled by the support desk.

Expectations of delay:

Withdrawal requests are expected to be crowded during Silver Week. Thus, processing may take longer than usual. Kindly ensure that you plan your withdrawals early to avoid delays.
