Please check your spam folder for an email (reply@bitwallet.com) from bitwallet with a link to open an account. If you did not receive it, please contact our support desk.
You can also use your mobile phone’s carrier email to register. In that case, please set up your email settings to receive emails from the “bitwallet.com” domain.
Please register a mobile phone that can receive SMS.
At this time, we do not provide an application. As long as you can access the website, you can use the service from a smartphone or tablet device. However, it is not available from feature phones.
You may have previously registered an account with the same phone number.
For security reasons, bitwallet only allows one personal account per person. Please try logging in with the email address you may have used.

No annual membership fee is required.
Only customers 20 years of age or older are eligible to open an account.
Minors are not allowed to register.
Personal accounts are for your personal remittances and receipts. Business (corporate) accounts can be opened by corporations and sole proprietors for business payments and receipts. If you wish to open a Merchant account, please open a Business account first.
You can open only one personal (individual) account per person.
There is no limit to the number of business accounts you can open. However, each account requires a unique email address, phone number, and company name. Additionally, to access all features of bitwallet with each account, you must submit a verification document for each account.
