Closure Notice during Golden Week holiday 2021

As the Golden Week Holiday is around the corner, please be informed that we will be closed during the upcoming Golden Week holiday, and some services will not be available. Kindly refer to the table below for more updates.

Note:
*1. Deposit processing time will depend on both remittance and destination banks response time. We are still accepting your withdrawal request(s) during this period (The estimated settlement period required is approximately 3 to 4 business days since your request made, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays)
*2. Deposit service via credit card is available as usual
*3. User Support and various approval procedures are handled by our Support Desk.

Bank Deposit

Deposit(s) made via bank transfer from Thur, 29 April 2021 to Wed,5 May 2021 will be reflected on your wallet account depending on your bank processing policy.

※Deposit processing time will depend on both remittance and destination banks response time and will be processed the following business day in case deposit is made after designated working hours.
※For those requests need to be handled by our customer support, we will respond and settle in order from Thursday, 6th of May, 2021.

Withdrawal to local banks in Japan

We will continue to accept your withdrawal request(s) during this period, and will be processed accordingly once we are back to normal operation on Thursday, 6th of May, 2021.
∗The estimated settlement period required is around 3 to 4 business days after your request was made, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.

However, it is expected that we will receive more withdrawal requests than usual during this period. Kindly arrange your withdrawal request with sufficient waiting time.

※Withdrawal request(s) might be settled the following business day depending on handling bank(s).
