Deposit(s) made via bank transfer from Thur, 29 April 2021 to Wed,5 May 2021 will be reflected on your wallet account depending on your bank processing policy.
※Deposit processing time will depend on both remittance and destination banks response time and will be processed the following business day in case deposit is made after designated working hours.
※For those requests need to be handled by our customer support, we will respond and settle in order from Thursday, 6th of May, 2021.
Withdrawal to local banks in Japan
