Guide on how to use bitwallet

Cancel a billing request

bitwallet has a billing request function that makes it easy to collect funds between bitwallet users. Requests can be canceled even after they have been submitted.

This section explains the procedure for canceling a billing request.


1. Select “Payment Request” (①) from the menu and click on the billing request you wish to cancel (②) from your transaction history.

Billing requests that have already been paid cannot be canceled.

2. Click “Cancellation” to cancel the billing request.

3. On the payment request screen, confirm the payment information and click “Yes”.

4. When the message “Cancelled” is displayed, the billing request has been canceled. Click on the “Close” button.

5. When the “Payment Request” screen appears, please confirm that the billing has been canceled in your transaction history.

6. After the billing request has been canceled, an email titled “Payment Request Cancelled” will be sent to your registered email address.
The email will include request ID, billing account, account name, amount, item name, and message.

The billing partner will receive an email with the title “[IMPORTANT] Payment request has been canceled” to your registered email address. The email sent will contain the request ID, sender account, account name, amount, item name, and message.
