Deposit(s) made via bank transfer from Thur, 31 December 2020 to Sun,3 January 2021 will not be reflected on your wallet account.
※Deposit processing time will depend on both remittance and destination banks response time and will be processed the following business day in case it is made during off-hours.
※For those requests need to be handled by our customer support, we will respond and settle in order from Monday, 4th of January, 2021.
Withdrawal to local banks in Japan
We will continue to accept your withdrawal request(s) during this period and will settle in order once we are back to normal operation on Monday, 4th of January,2021.
∗The estimated settlement period required is around 3 to 4 business days since your request was made, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
However, it is expected that we will receive more withdrawal requests than usual during this period. Kindly arrange your withdrawal request with a sufficient time period.
