Cancel a withdrawal request

With bitwallet, you can withdraw currency (USD, JPY, EUR, AUD) in your wallet to your designated bank account. You can cancel an “Accepted” withdrawal request by yourself.

Cancel a billing request

bitwallet has a billing request function that makes it easy to collect funds between bitwallet users. Requests can be canceled even after they have been submitted.


Send a billing request

bitwallet has a billing request function that makes it easy to collect funds between bitwallet users. You can send a billing request by specifying the email address of the billing recipient.


View your transaction history

In the “Transaction History” section of bitwallet, you can view a list of your various transaction history, including deposits, withdrawals, payments between users, and currency exchanges. You can extract specific transaction histories by time period or transaction details, or by specifying the transaction ID assigned to each transaction.


Make a bulk payment to multiple users

Payments between users in bitwallet allow bulk payments to multiple payees. Up to 99 batch payments can be made.
The recipient must be a registered corporation or sole proprietorship, and the payment must be used for business purposes.


View payment history between users

In bitwallet, you can view a list of payment history between users. On the payment history details screen, you can see details such as payment date and time, transaction ID, details of use and type of payment, account nickname and email address, payment amount, etc.


Make a payment between users

With bitwallet, customers holding bitwallet accounts can pay each other for currency in their wallets in real time and easily. The payment fee is one coin (1 US dollar, 100 Japanese yen, 1 Euro, or 1 Australian dollar) per payment, regardless of the payment amount.
The recipient must be a registered corporation or sole proprietorship, and the payment must be used for business purposes.


Exchange currency

bitwallet allows you to hold four currencies in one wallet account: US dollars, Japanese yen, Euro, and Australian dollars. Currency funds in the wallet account can be exchanged in real time at the latest exchange rate at the time of processing. There are no fees for currency exchange.


Make a withdrawal to your bank account

bitwallet allows you to withdraw currency (USD, JPY, EUR, AUD) in your wallet to your designated bank account in Japan or overseas. After a withdrawal request is made, bitwallet will process the request on the next business day. After the bank processes the request, the funds will usually be deposited into your bank account within 3 business days.


Deposit via credit/debit card

bitwallet accepts five types of credit/debit card deposits. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, and Discover Card. Credit/debit card deposits are reflected instantly in your wallet in real-time 24 hours, 365 days.
