Cancel a withdrawal request
With bitwallet, you can withdraw currency (USD, JPY, EUR, AUD) in your wallet to your designated bank account. You can cancel an “Accepted” withdrawal request by yourself.

This section explains the procedure for canceling a withdrawal request.
1. Select “Withdrawals” (①) from the menu and click on the request you wish to cancel (②) from “Transaction History”.
Requests that have already been processed cannot be canceled.
2. Click on “Cancellation”.
If the “Cancellation button” is not displayed, you cannot cancel the request by yourself.
3. On the Withdrawal screen, confirm the withdrawal information and click “Yes”.
4. When “Cancelled” is displayed, the withdrawal request has been canceled. Click “Close”.
5. When the “Withdrawal” screen appears, confirm that your withdrawal request has been refunded in your transaction history.
6. After the withdrawal request has been canceled, an email titled “Bank Withdrawal Cancellation” will be sent to your registered email address.
The email will include withdrawal bank, amount, payment fee, and refund amount.
