Set up 2-Factor Authentication

In order to provide a more secure environment for customers, bitwallet strongly recommends the use of 2-Factor Authentication. 2-Factor Authentication involves double-checking the password entered when logging in to bitwallet and entering the verification code issued by the verification app.



Deposit via credit/debit card

bitwallet accepts five types of credit/debit card deposits. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express, and Discover Card. Credit/debit card deposits are reflected instantly in your wallet in real-time 24 hours, 365 days.


Register your credit/debit card

bitwallet requires that you register your credit/debit card before you can make a deposit. The number of cards that can be registered depends on your account status. bitwallet does not accept any deposits in the name of a third party. The name on the card must be the same as your own name and the name registered with bitwallet. If a deposit made under a third party’s name is found, the account will be locked.
