*1. Payments made after operational hours of financial institutions (during New year holiday) will be reflected in the account on the next business day. Deposit via credit card is available as usual.
*2. Withdrawal requests will be accepted even on holidays. The standard deposit for domestic banks is 3 business days from the withdrawal request. If you submit a withdrawal request from December 29, 2022 to January 3, 2023, the funds will be reflected after the 5th. It may be handled on the next business day depending on the status of the transfer destination financial institution or the payee account.

Deposit and withdrawal requests are expected to be crowded during the New year holiday period. Thus, processing may take longer than usual. Kindly ensure that you plan your procedure early to avoid delays.

■ Approval of KYC documents ・ Inquires customer support
bitwallet customer support will only be providing limited services during the period from December 30, 2022 to January 3, 2023. We accept submission of certificates and inquiries, but we will respond to them during business hours.
