Cancel a withdrawal request

With bitwallet, you can withdraw currency (USD, JPY, EUR, AUD) in your wallet to your designated bank account. You can cancel an “Accepted” withdrawal request by yourself.

Set up 2-Factor Authentication

In order to provide a more secure environment for customers, bitwallet strongly recommends the use of 2-Factor Authentication. 2-Factor Authentication involves double-checking the password entered when logging in to bitwallet and entering the verification code issued by the verification app.


Check account status

bitwallet has introduced an account status system that extends the range of services available depending on the customer’s usage status and whether or not verification documents are approved.



Make a withdrawal to your bank account

bitwallet allows you to withdraw currency (USD, JPY, EUR, AUD) in your wallet to your designated bank account in Japan or overseas. After a withdrawal request is made, bitwallet will process the request on the next business day. After the bank processes the request, the funds will usually be deposited into your bank account within 3 business days.


Register a withdrawal bank account

Before making a withdrawal via bank transfer, you must register a bank account with bitwallet. You can register multiple bank accounts for withdrawals.
