Notice of Changes to Bank Deposit Procedures

We are making changes to the bank deposit procedure.

Before change
Check the bank account details from your account and complete the deposit to the specified bank account.
After change
First, submit a deposit request in your account, then transfer the funds to the designated bank account assigned to that request.
How to Apply for a Deposit Request
- Log in to your account.
- Go to Menu > Deposit > Bank Deposit.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your deposit request.
After the change, you will need to follow the new procedure for making deposits.
Please note that if you make a deposit using the previous method, it will not be reflected in your account.
