Support desk will be closed on the following dates due to employee training.

Bitwallet service can still be used as usual except for some services. Please see the following table for more information.

Deposit via bank transfer *1 | Deposit will take longer than usual to be reflected in your account. If you require any assistance from the support desk, such as updating a missing account identification number, we will respond to you accordingly on business days. |
Withdrawal from bitwallet to bank account *2 | Requested by 11th (Thur.): Funds will be scheduled to arrive on 15th (Mon.) Requested after 12th (Fri.): Funds will be scheduled to arrive on 18th (Wed.) |
Approval of KYC documents | We will process with approvals accordingly on business days. Documents can still be uploaded and submitted to the bitwallet platform. |

*1. Payments made after operational hours of financial institutions (including Saturday, Sunday and national holiday) will be reflected in the account on the next business day. Deposit via credit card is available as usual.
*2. It may be handled on the next business day depending on the status of the transfer destination financial institution or the payee account.

Kindly expected that deposit and withdrawal procedures will be crowded during the above period. Please complete the procedure in advance in case of delay. In addition, it may take longer than usual to respond to inquiries and approve documents.
