Notice of Change in Fee Calculation
bitwallet would like to inform all users of the new fee calculation pertaining to our fiat currency withdrawal services. The following change in fee calculation will take effect from 5th December 2018, Wednesday (17:00 SGT).
Before Change
Fee is included in withdrawal amount.
Example: To withdraw 10,000JPY to Japan Domestic Banks
Only 10,000 JPY is deducted from your account, inclusive of 824 JPY as the withdrawal fee. The remaining 9,176 JPY will be the actual withdrawal amount to bank.
After Change
Fee is excluded and charged separately from withdrawal amount.
Example: To withdraw 10,000JPY to Japan Domestic Banks
A total of 10,824 JPY is deducted from your account. The actual withdrawal amount to bank after subtracting the fee of 824 JPY will be 10,000 JPY.
