Please be informed of the following updates on bitwallet services during the holiday season.
The available services are as follows:
Kindly note the services below will not be available during the stipulated period.
Deposit by bank transfer from 29 December 2018 (Sat) to 3 January 2019 (Thu) will not be reflected on your wallet account.
[Withdraw to Bank]
Withdrawal request sent on 27 December 2018 (Thu) will be scheduled to arrive in your bank account on 4 January 2019 (Fri). Request made from 28 December 2018 (Fri) to 3 January 2019 (Thu) will only arrive in your bank account on 7 January 2019 (Mon). Kindly arrange your withdrawal beforehand to prevent any delay.
Cryptocurrency withdrawal will only be processed in accordance with Singapore business day. Please note that Singapore Public Holidays fall on 25 December 2018 and 1 January 2019.
[Fiat Currency Exchange]
The fiat currency exchange services will be temporarily disabled during the following period:
25 December 2018 (Tue), 7:00 AM to 27 December 2018 (Thu), 7:00 AM, and
28 December 2018 (Fri), 0:00 AM to 3 January 2019 (Thu), 0:00 AM.
Our Support Desk Team will not be contactable from 29 December 2018 (Sat) to 3 January 2019 (Thu).
Chat and email enquiries will still be received. However, response will be sent from 4 January 2019 (Fri) in sequence. Additional time is required for verification and approval of all uploaded documents and bank details registration.
