When you submit a withdrawal request, in addition to the existing procedures, we may verify your identity via your registered contact details and/or re-confirm the details of your withdrawal destination account. As a result, withdrawals may take longer than usual to be processed. - Individual withdrawal limits
Withdrawal limits will be set individually for each customer rather than applied uniformly.
