Request made from 28 December 2018 (Fri) to 3 January 2019 (Thu) will only arrive in your bank account on 7 January 2019 (Mon). Kindly arrange your withdrawal beforehand to prevent any delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[Fiat Currency Exchange]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The fiat currency exchange services will be temporarily disabled during the following period:<br>25 December 2018 (Tue), 7:00 AM to 27 December 2018 (Thu), 7:00 AM, and<br>28 December 2018 (Fri), 0:00 AM to 3 January 2019 (Thu), 0:00 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Our Support Desk Team will not be contactable from 29 December 2018 (Sat) to 3 January 2019 (Thu).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chat and email enquiries will still be received. However, response will be sent from 4 January 2019 (Fri) in sequence.
