*1. Payments made outside the reception hours of financial institutions (including weekends and holidays) will be reflected in the account on the next business day.<\/strong> If customer support assistance is required, we will respond in order on our business days.
*2. Withdrawal requests will be accepted even on holidays. The standard deposit for domestic banks is 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the withdrawal request.
