Note:
*1. Payments made after operational hours of financial institutions (during the New year holiday) will be reflected in the account on the next business day. If customer support assistance is required, we will respond in order on our business days.
*2. Withdrawal requests will be accepted even on holidays. The standard deposit for domestic banks is 3 business days from the withdrawal request. If you submit withdrawal request from December 29, 2021 to January 3, 2022, the funds will be reflected after the 5th. It may be handled on the next business day depending on the status of the transfer destination financial institution or the payee account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
